Due to the degradable nature of research peptides, all sales are final once shipped. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for unopened products — please contact us before returning anything.
Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Contact us for an RMA before sending anything back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Any indication of products being used for unintended purposes nullifies this guarantee.
Dispute Policy:
